Systems certified by Open-E are good for ALL different storage applications. Since they have different equipment and configurations, they perform even better in specific situations. To help our end users with a proper decision, we provide recommendations in which they can find the best usage for them.

Similar to certified, tested systems have gone through the full process of testing in our laboratories. Usually these systems have the benefit of a lower price. Consequently, they are good in specific user areas. We suggest using them within our recommendations only!
