Open-E offers its partners and their customers comprehensive technical support by phone or e-mail. All hotline staff members at Open-E are experienced experts who are able to provide fast and professional answers to your support queries.

Training
As an Open-E partner, you can take part in one of the many free product training courses. They are held at Open-E's training facilities in Puchheim near Munich. Technical knowledge of Open-E products both pre- and post-sale is invaluable.

The objective is to impart that information the Open-E partner needs to successfully position, combine and sell their complete systems.
