Today we would like to share with you our recent blog article in which we present a step-by-step guide on how to retrieve the previous verisons of files and folders with Off-site Data Protection in Open-E JovianDSS.

Access and restore previous versions of files and folders

From now on, if you change a file or folder, or accidentally delete one, it's no longer a problem!

Thanks to auto-snapshots in Open-E JovianDSS that can be set according to user needs, retrieving your files back can be done within a blink of an eye.

It's not exactly time travel but you only need to complete a simple procedure, and will see a list of all auto-snapshots . After clicking on the designated folder in the list, it will show the contents of the folder at the time the snapshot was created.
