New 2022 Pricing for Open-E Products

Dear Partner,

Thank you for your continued trust and support of Open-E. We hope the end of the year will bring you new data storage projects, and satisfied customers.

We can all see that the global market is going through turbulent times in 2021, amidst ongoing disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic, hardware shortages, and price increases that make business challenging for all of us. Despite that, we keep on striving to provide our customers with the best products’ price to quality ratio and our partners with solutions that make their portfolios competitive in the data storage market.

That said, after cautious consideration, we’ve decided to increase the prices of all our products and support services by 9% percent as we feel that this price increase is essential if we’re to maintain and further increase the quality of the award-winning products that all our customers enjoy today.

We’d also like to make all concerned aware that the changes in pricing will not go into effect until January 1, 2022. All purchase orders for Open-E products issued before then will be charged at the current rates.
