Additionally, Technical Support licenses are now structured by used storage capacity. Support Renewals for 1, 3 or 5 years and Support Reinstatements for 1 year are now available as follows:
- Technical Support for 4TB to 16TB storage capacity
- Technical Support for 20TB to 128TB storage capacity
- Technical Support for 132TB to 512TB storage capacity
- Technical Support for over 512TB storage capacity
