In addition to existing key features such as tiered RAM, SSD caching and deduplication, the base operating system of Open-E JovianDSS now includes the latest stable packages for the highest storage security. Apart from these improvements, there are new features:

HA cluster feature pack for NFS and iSCSI
for highest data security during failover
Advanced HA cluster management software
for quick setup and easy management of all cluster functionalities
Independent VIP feature
for increased data availability in unexpected maintenance cases
