From this date forward newly purchased product licenses from Open-E will include one year of free Basic Technical Support instead of one year of Standard Support. from our partners. Open-E provides high quality products and support requests often include more consulting than actually solving technical issues related to our software. This change of policy will create an additional product which can be sold by you, adding up to your margins.
