Technical Support just got easier
Check
out the new Open-E Ticket Viewer
A
new functionality has been implemented in your User Portal. As you
know, to report a technical support issue, you have to log into the
User Portal on Open-E's website and create a support ticket to obtain
technical assistance. Now, thanks to our new Ticket Viewer, you will be able to view the current
status of your support cases. Simply log into your User Portal and
click on the "View your support tickets" tab. Check
