news! On October 1, 2013 we will introduce new support prices and
support products. As every product license of Open-E
DSS V7 includes one year of Basic Support, we want to help your customers to easily maintain support with Upgrades, Renewals and Reinstatements.
With this newsletter we would like to
provide you with further information regarding these changes.
New pricing: Support Upgrades
Upgrades
escalate the level of support plans at a 50% discount
and are only available for active support licenses. Support upgrades
are recommended to be purchased together with a new product license.
Upgrades are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.

Renewals
extend the duration of support at a 50% discount and
are only available for active support licenses. Renewals are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.

Reinstatements
Reinstatements
start a new support after existing support for a
product expired. Reinstatements are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.
