New Open-E Support Products and new prices
Today,
we would like to inform you about the upcoming changes to our Technical
Support products
and prices - effective October 1, 2013.
Need Support?
Hurry! Current prices only valid until September 30, 2013
Along
with new products come new prices. Please be prepared for a significant
price increase to all support products. If you were planning to upgrade
or purchase support for your Open-E product, we strongly recommend to
act now.
Available support products:
Basic Support (1 or 3 years)
Standard Support (1 or 3 years)
Premium Support (1 or 3 years)
24/7 Support (1 or 3 years)
Per Incident 24/7 Support
You can also upgrade your current support
to a higher level or a longer support period.

Renewals and Reinstatements
Support Upgrades
Upgrades
escalate the level of support at a 50% discount
compared to Reinstatements, and are only available for active support licenses. They are
recommended to be purchased with a new product license
although you may purchase an upgrade during your current support term.
Upgrades are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.
Support Renewals
Renewals
extend the duration of support at a 50% discountcompared to Reinstatements, and
are only available for active support licenses. Renewals are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.
Support Reinstatements
Reinstatements
start a new support after existing support for a
product expired. Reinstatements are available for periods of 1 or 3 years.
