Technology Partnership with WD

Today we'd like to inform you about our technology partnership with Western Digital. WD is known for their enterprise-class datacenter hard drives and in this newsletter we would like to tell you more about our co-operation.

Western Digital HDDs:
Performance and durability tested by Open-E

Storage devices from WD serve all types and sizes of datacenters: from traditional enterprise, and scale-out architecture, to large-scale NAS. Currently, our QA team tested two HDDs in the Open-E Lab. We had great results for both disks with Open-E DSS V7 and already added them to the Open-E Hardware Compatibility List.
