This flexible pay-as-you-go model allows you to get technical assistance for a single incident. For each of your Open-E products a separate Per Incident 24/7 Support must be purchased. After providing all information to our support representative, an Open-E support engineer will contact you as soon as possible depending on your indicated severity level.
