Each Open-E Certified Sales Professional Training session lasts one day during which we provide our trainees with the technical background of the technologies we use, and real-life sales examples with exercises. The certification as an Open-E Certified Sales Professional verifies the ability to sell Open-E software successfully, to solve first-level issues and of course it indicates a specialist’s highest level of sales skills. The training ends with an exam - passing this exam means being granted with an Open-E JovianDSS Sales Professional title. Such title proves that a specialist has gained a comprehensive knowledge of Open-E sales processes and can effectively cooperate with Open-E, our Partners, and customers.



Requirements


Note that the OECSP Program is available only for companies registered as Open-E Partner, no matter if you are an Authorized, Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner.

Additionally, Sales Professionals who participate in the Open-E JovianDSS Certified Sales Professional Training are required to have:

  • Experience as a sales representative,
  • Basic knowledge of storage environments,
  • Basic knowledge of Open-E JovianDSS and/or of previous software versions.
