By registering for Open-E’s free training program the ZFS Data Storage for Beginners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You may participate in the Program free of charge.

By registering for the Program, you agree to allow Open-E to use your personal data for marketing and sales purposes related to its products and services. This may include, but is not limited to, sending you promotional materials, newsletters, and other communications related to our products and services. You may opt out of receiving marketing and sales communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication or by contacting us directly.

All intellectual property related to the Program, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Open-E. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Program without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Open-E] be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, whether or not such damages were foreseeable, and whether or not Open-E was advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
