Refund Policy

All purchases of Open-E products are non-refundable once a Product Key or License Key has been provided to the customer.

Open-E offers a 60-day Free evaluation Trial download to ensure that the software meets the customer needs and functions for your solutions. If additional time is needed to evaluate, customers may email pre-sales@open-e.com and request an extension for further evaluation. If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller or distributor, then this merchant's refund policy applies to your order. Open-E will not issue refunds for purchases made through a third party merchant.
