How it works
Your MSP installs a powerful NAS server running DSS V7 NAS for CDPS by MSP at your location. Your data will be encrypted and transmitted online to the MSP on a regular basis (e.g. hourly). The data are saved continuously by your MSP which means that data that have been deleted accidentally can easily be restored.

The Cloud Data Protection Service is based on two powerful MSP servers in a cluster configuration with Open-E DSS V7 storage software. Your server is constantly synchronizing its data to the MSP’s Private Cloud through an encrypted connection. Additionally, both cluster nodes at your MSP’s location, as well as the nodes on your premises, are monitored by an MSP Monitoring server 24/7.
Quick and painless data recovery
If your server fails for any reason, your MSP will receive an automated message and your files will be immediately restored on a new hard drive or server. As soon as all data are restored, the new hardware is delivered to you and installed on-site at once.
