Krzysztof Franek

CEO and President

Krzysztof (Kristof) Franek founded Open-E in 1998, and has been serving as Open-E's CEO and President since. Krzysztof is a widely recognized expert on the storage market, and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in various sales & managerial leadership positions. Kristof led OEM sales at Logitech Germany, and served as one of the top sales producers at 3ware/AMCC and Kenwood Technologies. Prior to Open-E Kristof was General Manager at Aztech Systems GmbH, a publicly listed East Asian manufacturer of multimedia PC components. Krzysztof is an engineer by training, and received his Master of Engineering degree from the University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
