FIRST DAY
You'll get this handbook and all the accompanying resources. Everything will be prepared for you on your desk. Later you'll be introduced to the rest of the Open-E employees, and your supervisor will show you everything. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need!
A BIG WELCOME -
FIRST WEEK
During the first week onboard, you will be provided with all the necessary information, tools, and resources. Most importantly, you will go through a set of comprehensive training sessions during which you'll have a chance to learn everything about the company and the Open-E products. Better to ask the way than to go astray.
SLOWLY BUT SURELY -
FIRST THREE MONTHS
The first three months of your work in Open-E will be a trial period. During this time, you will have learned everything from scratch and become fully acquainted with the company's vibe, mission, and of course - the products!
